Judgment applies to those who practice evil, the law was made because of evil, to put a stop to it. He who believes in Christ cannot be judged because he who truly believes departs from evil, does not practice evil but is dedicated to doing good, and there is no law to punish the one who does good, therefore no one can judge him. However, those who have not believed in Christ have already been condemned, note that the phrase is in the past tense. Their condemnation is already determined because they could not fulfill the law of God and then they rejected his grace by despising the sacrifice of his Son on the cross and trampling on the blood of God himself with their unbelief. Then they already have a place of torment set aside with their name. That is why it is better to believe in Him now that there is time and to save ourselves from the place of punishment, so that we can be in His love and have life together with Him.
