[HIRING] Delphi Coder to quickly compile code

The code has already been written. The reason I can not do this myself is because;

1.  I know nothing about Delphi programming
2.  This compile creates a "ref" file of some sort? That any intermediate Delphi coder would know what to do with

This should be a ~10 minute job for anyone with experience in Delphi, We can speak over steemit chat or however you would like. I will pay in PayPal or BTC.
