Don't be fooled by his seeming frailty. Even in his old age, Joseph Joestar is still a force to be reckoned with... even if Hamon seems kind of nerfed in part III.
Unpopular Opinion: I appreciated the simplicity of Hamon in the former seasons. Something about the fantastical notion of Stands made the characters and action less relateable to me personally but I get it. It's manga / anime and the show literally has bizarre in the name.
Hamon = physical force similar to electricity
Stands = Spiritual abstract entities w personal attributes that don't seem to follow any one set of rules

Roshi may wield the Kamehameha, Kaioken and a variety of other martial arts techniques from the Dragonball universe but Joestar has Hamon, Hermit Purple and, of course, he has his "secret" technique.

2. Bot testing / troubleshooting
    Be surprised how lacking a few line breaks between functions would throw everything off.
    I had to interactively load the functions but discord py seemed to require extra line breaks to recognize the 
    Ive got most of the code work done but need to develop an algorithm to regulate voting so we do not drain the bot's VP to suboptimal thresholds.
I don't have an ETA for you folks but will keep plugging away! Thanks!
