今回は京都東部の隠れた名庭園と庭園内の水草について投稿させていただきます。
銀閣寺から永観堂へ向かう「哲学の道」散歩は旅行者が京都の東側を散策する時の定番コースです。
哲学の道沿いには、2018年１月に焼失してしまった安楽寺（復旧工事中）や法然院など庭園を楽しめる有名スポットが点在しています。
This time I will post about the hidden name garden in the eastern part of Kyoto.
Walking from Ginkaku-ji Temple to Eikan-do Temple "Walking philosophy" is a standard course when travelers walk about the east side of Kyoto.
Along the way of philosophy, there are scattered famous spots where you can enjoy the garden such as Anraku-ji Temple (under construction restoration) and Jonpoin which was destroyed in January 2018.
そして同じ地域にありながら見落とされがちな良い庭園に「泉屋博古の庭」があります。
6m × 15m ほどの小さな庭園ですが細かいところまで丁寧に造園られた現代の名園です。
There is "Small Garden of Sen-oku Hakukokan Museum” in a good garden that is often overlooked while being in the same area.
It is a small garden of about 6m × 15m, but it is a contemporary gardener carefully landscaped to fine details.
1970年創立の新しい庭園でありながら植物がその生態を発揮して人工的な配置物と調和するための十分な時間が経過しており、自然な美しさを楽しむことができます。
Although it is a new garden founded in 1970, enough time has elapsed for plants to demonstrate their ecology and to harmonize with artificial arrangements, and you can enjoy natural beauty.
ホソバオキナゴケ（HOSOBA-OKINA-GOKE）

庭園の面積の多くを締める苔貼りはホソバオキナゴケがメインなので６月中旬から７月上旬までの梅雨時の訪問が最も美しい景観となります。
Visiting at the rainy season from the middle of June to the beginning of July is the most beautiful scenery, as the moss paste that tightens much of the garden area is the main Smaller white-moss.
そして私は庭園内を流れる人工の小川の中に多数の水草が繁茂しているのを見つけたので喜んで撮影しました！
And I found a lot of aquatic plants in the artificial stream flowing in the garden so I was happy to shoot it!

- 世界各地で見られる水草でウィローモスとも呼ばれます。適度な湿度を保てば水上でも育成します。
散ったばかりの桜の花びらが沈んで仲間入りしていますね… - It is also called Willow-moth in aquatic plants seen in various parts of the world. If you keep moderate humidity you will grow even on the water.

日本の水田や湿地に広く分布。京都の疎水用の側溝などでもそのライトグリーンの群落をよく見かけます。
It is widely distributed in paddy fields and wetlands in Japan. We often see the light green community in the side grooves for hydrophobic in Kyoto, too.

写真の中央部に１本だけ生えているライトグルーンの植物は水草ショップなどでもよく見かけるいわゆるルドウィジアです。琵琶湖の外来種がこんなところまで…
この小川の水は琵琶湖からの疎水ですが浄水場を経ているのに種子が紛れ込んでいます。

The water in this brook is hydrophobic from Lake Biwa, but seeds are missing though it goes through a water purification plant.
It breaks the ecosystem but it is beautiful.
訪れた時間帯が昼頃でしたので強い日光が水中まで差し込み、水草がその盛んな光合成によって生じた酸素の気泡をたくさんつけて輝いていました。最高！
The time zone we visited was around noon so strong sunlight was plugged into the water and the aquatic plants were shining with a lot of bubbles of oxygen generated by the prosperous photosynthesis. The best!

泉屋博古館（Sen-oku Hakukokan Museum）
泉屋博古館は住友家が蒐集した美術品を保存、展示する美術館です。住友家の美術品で最も有名なものは、第15代当主住友春翠が明治中頃から大正期にかけて蒐集した中国古銅器と鏡鑑です。
SEN-OKU HAKUKOKAN MUSEUM, known as the Sumitomo Collection, exhibits and preserves art objects which have been collected by the Sumitomo family. Today, exhibitions are held in both Kyoto and Tokyo so that more people will be able to enjoy these works.
