Today is day 44, and I kicked it off with 64 ounces of cucumber (about 5-6 medium), 5 green apples (+1 red delicious apple), and 2 limes. Delicious!
Vitals and strength:
- Stabilized down to a 28" waist.
- 112.5 lbs (when dry fasting) and 114.2 lbs usually after waking up. Weight appears to have stabilized.
- I am sleeping more lately...must be more sleepy from cleansing the blood during rest!
- I can now...FINALLY...do a pull up!! And with good form :) I think the last time I did a pull up was in elementary school. Yup.
- I'm still at a max of 12-16 push ups. Considering I stick with 3 different types of push ups (diamond, regular, and palms directly in front of my chest) this is anywhere between 36-48 push ups at a time. I did a total of 42 this morning.
Bowel Movements
I am going at least 1-2 times a day. There is very little matter. Since at least a few days ago--and possibly as soon as Sept 20th--I have experienced absolutely zero flatulence. Since about Sept 13th-15th were the last days that I heard frequently "rumbles" in my intestines.
This is a good sign.
Mood
Lately I am feel rather euphoric, and so hopeful about everything. I really enjoy this. There's so much love and appreciation in my heart and less and less fear throughout my week. Very little fear.
I am starting to get past the deep food cravings that surfaced. I was fantasizing about eating pizza :) I am happy to get more and more over that. It feels great, and so free, to be less attached to food.
Last night's juice
I really want to tell you about last night's juice. It was one of the hardiest and most delicious juices I've had in a long time! Actually, the best hearty juice evarrrr. The juice was dark red/brown and the pulp was beautiful!! I want to make crackers or tortillas out of the pulp :)
Just whip out some good, ripe produce and throw it in your slow masticating juicer:
- 1 cucumber
- 5-6 tomatoes
- 4 tomatillos
- 4 big red bell peppers
- 1 ripe Serrano pepper
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 bunch of dill
