Tonight at 8:30pm Geneva local time, a resolution to save Jilian Assange is being voted on. The original title in French is "Sauvegarde de la vie et de l’intégrité corporelle de M. Julian Assange : la Suisse doit s’engager, il y a urgence!". This translates to "Safeguarding the life and body integrity of Mr. Julian Assange: Switzerland has to commit, urgent!"
A call to action was brought forth by Liliane Held-Khawam, who asked for people to support this resolution on her site. She rhetorically asks how to get the whistle-blower out of this bas situation. Julian Assange has been painted as public enemy number one, as the man that needs to be shut up, and is currently stuck in "rat hole", referencing his confinement, isolation and essentially a detention imposed by the U.K. government.
The U.N. has called Assange's persecution a violation of human rights and has called for the U.K. to compensate Assange for this treatment. But the U.K. has yet to move on making any attempts to provide for Assange's safety or pay reparations for how he's been treated.
Held-Khawam justly thanks Assange and his WikiLeaks for having warned humanity of the corruption that rotten members of the globalist system have perpetuated. This is of great benefit to humanity. This is humanitarian work being done.
Geneva is considered the world capital of human rights. As such, the resolution to urgently safeguard a humanitarian like Julian Assange should be committed to by Switzerland. Otherwise, are they really a bastion for human rights?
Assange is not just any humanitarian, but a bane in the sides of world leaders, or leaders that are trying to set up a New World Order. Held-Khawam considers Assange to be "the one and only person with the means to counter the new model of society." Her reasoning is that due to the technocratic revolution of our times where society is great directed by technology and electronic communications, a technocratic wizard of sorts is required to grasp the battlefield of the systems of information and communication.
As the founder of WikiLeaks, Assange has "shaken" the foundations of what people think of leaders on both the right and left of the politician spectrum. People are waking up to see how neither can be relied upon.
Regardless of all this, the rights that Assange should have as a human being are at the core of what needs to be fought for. His persecution is unwarranted. Yet, the Federal Council of Switzerland has denied getting involved to grant Assange asylum. As such, it's up to Geneva and the humanitarians living there to question the decisions of it's leaders on this issue. This is the goal of the resolution to safeguard Julian Assange.
Eric Bertinat, carrier of this motion, has said "the Swiss can do better" when it comes to what's happening to Julian Assange.
Prior to being for the left or for the right, everyone is a human being. We were and still are all human beings. Julian Assange is no criminal or mastermind of evil. He deserves better treatment, certainly for doing a great service to humanity. It's sad that so many are brainwashed, both the left and the right, into seeing him as "criminal" of sorts. What will it take for people to wake up from their stupidity? Can they even do it?
Thank you for your time and attention. Peace.
