As we know technology has evolved a lot in past few decades. With the development of technology, social media was born. Social media is where people can express themselves to the whole world. Through social media, one can connect globally, make new friends, post pictures and videos and see what their friends are upto. But do you know social media has some powers too? No, I am not talking about super powers but I am talking about the power which is helping everyone. Nowadays social media has turned into a platform to showcase injustice. The best part of social media is that people are getting justice through social media which is an awesome achievement. Let's take an example of our minister of external affairs, Sushma Swaraj. Sushma Swaraj is very active on social media especially in twitter. Through twitter, many people have complained about their problems and their problems were solved as quick as possible. Our system is corrupted and it's impossible to complain about the corruption to their respective heads in personal, so social media is acting as a platform to convey our messages to their respective heads. Now the world is changing so do the Indian politics. It is not possible for any leader to know about all the problems in his area, so social media is helping them to know about the problems the public in his area are facing rather it be roads or drainage system. Social media has proved to be successful in terms of getting donations for a social cause too. Through social media, the NGOs are getting donations for different social work and even many social workers are joining them to do that too. There was a news speculating few days ago about how a homeless man in U.S. got a job with the help of social media which he used from a phone donated by a person. So, the power of social media is increasing day-by- day which is helping people to express their problems and get justice quickly.Hope so it will continue improving and help more people in future.
