NOTICE AND DEMAND
Dear CEO,
I hereby bring to your attention, the gross misconduct, and violent crime of Chief Constable Serena Kennedy (Chose to remain silent), Jessica McLean and a number of other Constables at the Merseyside police. Engaged in in violence, theft, child abuse and fabricated court warrants.
I detail below:-
Oct 18 2021 – Alleged Order of Conviction referenced by Constable Jessica McLean 056740, Issued by the Liverpool Magistrates’ Court, which does not exist.
Apr 5 2022 Unsealed and unsigned Notice of Fine and Collection Order 052200088133 , which
does not exist.

Aug 8 2022 – Arrested whilst travelling peaceably and lawfully in my scooter
Aug 8 2022 Police threatened to smash my door in, made False Arrest on the lie they were
executing a authentic Warrant, Issued by the Court.
Aug 10 2022 NOTICE of Financial Penalty REF (Not a Court Case No) 05A30218121
Aug 10 2022 Forfeiture and Destruction Order REF (Not a Court Case No) 05A30218121
Nov 21 2022 – Obstruction in my private Civil Affairs by four Merseyside Constables. –
Crime No No. 2200085479 , whilst doing a job @ 102 Lower Hall Street,
WA10 1GD, false arrest on Landlord Anthony Badaloo, Seargeant Knowles and falsified bail conditions to assist a criminal gang, engaged in illegal eviction, Counterfeit Court
Warrants, theft and growing cannabis in the landlord’s property, abusing children and police powers. Makes defamatory false allegation that Landlord Anthony Badaloo has Criminal Conviction. They framed up the landlord that they saw him enter the property and remove post, and charged him accordingly and I witnessed the lie, and suffered harm, loss and injury. They stole the documents, not returned them and failed to supply the Body Cam footage to conceal vital damning evidence.
Dec 22 2022 Constable Jessica McLean 056740 False Arrested me for alleged breaching an
Order 052200088133, Issued by the Court, which does not exist, where she failed to verify, as ratified by the Attorney General’s Office. Assisted by Constable Speck 1165 and Special Constable Jones 0625 acting as accessories. Committed perjury by accusing me of breaching a Court Order, which she knows not to exist.
March 18 2023 – Harassment / Obstruction and violent threats to stop doing my work @ 102, 109 and 116 Lower Hall Street, WA10, by six Merseyside Constables in police uniforms, all refusing to identify themselves, in my private civil affairs which they accepted is the case – Reference given by 101 MP20230318-0701 in Marked Cars DK20 CWE and DK20 CXJ. Where they were shielding a County Court Bailiff Imposter claiming to have evicted the lawful Tenant Kieron Clark, with a non existent Court Warrant. Call to 101 refused to supply the Identity of the six offenders in police uniform, denying me the possibility to serve them with proceedings, so you are vicariously liable.
Apr 12 2023 – Attorney General’s Office found no evidence of an authentic case, Issued by the
Court, in any of the above.
DEMAND
I require a public apology, and action taken pursuant to s.26 of the CJCA 2015 plus a reasonable sum for a redress of grievances for myself and all the victims, as a matter of urgency.
