Around 11:00 am on 13-03-2023, I was disturbed by a loud thumping sound on my door. I asked who it was and an aggressive voice said they were bailiffs and they would break the door if I don’t open it. So I opened it to identify the man and see his sealed court warrant.
The Unidentified man said he is a bailiff with a warrant to break in. I was surprised, as I am a vulnerable lawful tenant fully paid up and on DSS Benefits. I have never been served, with any proceedings, Issued by the court.
He pushed me out of the way and trespassed to threaten me to get out, and started to turn off my appliances. I showed him my ID and tenancy contract, but he continued to muscle me to take my wallet and get out, whilst two other men started to change my door lock, and bringing metal shutters in. They appear to have no fear of the law, to my surprise.
He showed no empathy for my broken arm and broken shoulder blade, and appeared to be high on drugs.
The police and all legitimate bailiffs, are aware, that even armed with the above, a lawful bailiff is not allowed to force entry, as established in the recent Crown Court Case R V Robert White
He gave me a phone number co call regarding my belongings, of which he took photos, but never gave me a Statutory Inventory.
My landlord called the number and spoke a manager Hayley Hughes at Reeds Rains Estate Agents, who confirmed that they were given a key, but had no documentary authority to do so. An email was sent to haley.hughes@reedsrains.co.uk them to return the keys to me, but not acknowledged. A complaint was filed with St Helens Council, where the Chief Executive Kath O’Dyyer replied, stating that she will take action. From which I had a phone call and a promise on 16-03-2023, but nothing has been done.
An unsigned notice ( https://bit.ly/touchfraud ) was placed on the door, with a lie that my home was empty when they abused me, and a number to contact Touchstone Corporate Property Services Ltd . We called them, but the phone was repeatedly cut off. An email was sent giving notice to remove the metal and identify the crazy man who impersonated a County Court Bailiff and threw me on the streets.
The unsigned notice, does not bear the registered address, nor company number, in clear violation of the Companies Act 2008, to conceal the identity of the offenders and their activities.
I have been informed, that there is a violent pedo-sexual gang, operating in the area, falsely and repeatedly using the authority of the court as cover. And includes people dressed as police, who are not on police duty.
They are allegedly throwing children on the streets, to make them vulnerable, and open to being taken by social services. Then growing weed in my landlords properties. Such victims include Katie Gilsenan, Adam Garry, Christine Hellier, Paul Mockeridge amongst others.

This Mafioso scandal, cannot take place with the collusion of police, local authority chief and private company culprits. And I have seen footage on the internet, showing the Merseyside police, stating that cutting off the electricity on a 72 year old, by Edward Clark and the weed farming gang, in minus nine degrees Celcius temperatures, is not a criminal offence, but perfectly legal.
I require the police to get fingerprints, and the video footage to identify the man claiming to be an legitimate County Court Bailiff, with a legitimate warrant, and take action pursuant to s.135 of the County Court Act 1984 – which carries seven years imprisonment, per item.
I also require the liability Insurance details of Touchstone Property Services Ltd which they either do not hold and are trading illegally, or concealing it contrary to s.3 of the Fraud Act 2006, which carries ten years imprisonment.
The Merseyside Police Thomas Cunningham and Inspector Neil Bilsborough have investigated this matter, and found my landlord in the clear, and these thugs at large – Crime No 22000850479
