In response to my lawful demand for material from the investigation by your constables dated 7th February 2023, you made a partial compliance and apology (attached) and I respond to your concealed material point by point:-

“1) The identity and address for service of the man or woman who called the police on us, and our landlord, to justify the three false arrests of myself and tenants, and theft of our belongings without a warrant nor inventory.

You are protecting the offender, by shielding and denying me the right to serve him/her with civil and or criminal proceedings.

1. The Name and Warrant Number of each and every constable who attended the property between 19-11-2022 to date 07-02-2023.

Failed to comply, which indicate, that the men and women dressed in police uniform, were not on police duty.

1. The Warrant, executed by the Appointed County Court Bailiff, the pre action notice served on the local authority to justify the eviction of Katie Gilsenan, Adam Garry (and child) and Paul Mockridge (Wheelchair Bound) to justify the metal door to put babies on the street to grow weed in my property.

You failed to comply, so again shielding the violent, child abusing weed farming gang.

1. A Certified copy of Original Mortgage Deeds, signed by the parties, which Inspector Neil Bilsborough referenced.

So you confirmed by your actions, the concealed accuser has no lawful standing.

1. The name of the Bank, and a copy of the original binding contract, signed by the parties, which Inspector Bilsborough referenced.

As per 4

1. A copy of the binding contract, with alleged complainant, Edward Clarke of Poolman Property Management Limited, to which the constables made claims.

Edward Clark subsequently confessed in writing, that they have no such contract.

1. A copy of the Accounting ledger, to verify that money is owed to the undisclosed claimant.
   You verified that no man nor woman could prove any debt owed.

1. The HMCTS ID of the Bailiff(s) which Inspector Bilsborough referenced.

Again, whomsoever said they were an Appointed County Court Bailiff, throwing babies on the street, could not verify, but is being shielded by your constables as per this one who was struck off for his crime …….

1. The Purported Warrant (s) which was / were executed by the Appointed County Court Bailiff, to exclude Katie Gilsenan, Paul Mockeridge and Adam Garry from their lawful homes.

Your investigation affirm that no such instruments exist.

1. The identity of the man or woman who placed metal door on the property, and their authority to do so.

You are protecting the offender, by shielding and denying me the right to serve him/her with civil and or criminal proceedings

1. The body worn camera footage, of each constable who attended the property, along with all camera footage in the police station on 19/11/2022

You are again protecting , by shielding and denying me the right to serve him/her with civil and or criminal proceedings pursuant to s.26 of the CJCA 2015.

1. The Interview Recording with Inspector Bilsborough on 19/11/2022.

I was denied it on the day, and you still make excuses, but here’s a similar version

1. A copy of the Sealed Order of Conviction, issued by the court, on which the officers relied to tarnish my reputation on 19/11/2022, to verify the defamation by Nikhil Rathi of the FCA and your constable despite confirmation from them, that I have never been sanctioned nor disciplined as per https://bit.ly/noact , and specify what action you will take on the associated crime numbers 2425281/14, 4401825 / 15 and 2405721/15 on the new evidence.

Your investigation revealed no such truth, affirming serial crimes using defamation as a weapon, exposing a proven violent pedo-sexual network.

1. Identify the man or woman, who placed the unverified defamatory DATA in the public domain, which is being used to deprive me of my earned income since 09/11/2017 to date 07/02/2023, and which your constables are knowingly using to deprive me of my rent, make false arrest and shielding a child abusing gang.

You concealed undr Fraud by Omission.

1. The full name and Warrant Number of all men and women who had dealings with me at the Copy Lane Police Station, including Custody Officers, Medical Staff and Constables.

Failed to comply, which indicate, that the men and women dressed in police uniform, were not on police lawful police duty.

1. Provide me the documentary proof, that my DNA material taken by force, has been destroyed, now you have classified the my arrest as a Civil matter.

Failed again to comply, which indicate, that the men and women dressed in police uniform, were not on police duty, but placing me at risk, contrary to the Health and Safety at work etc Act 1974.

1. The statutory inventory, for my property, money and legal documents which were witheld in evidence on 19/11/2023 and other contents removed from the dwelling at other times by constables.

You did not supply any evidence of the stolen items, but gave the game away, by referencing “UNVERIFIED DOCUMENTS” and attached the rental contract, which is not listed in the inventory. Nor are the letters I allegedly stole.

1. All the material relied on to determine that's it's all a civil matter, after false arrest to assist a child abusing gang growing weed in my property.
   You have concealed the material, to deny my right to a remedy, and prevent the child abusing offenders, from carrying on their crimes with your blessing.

2. The Constable, who determined, that fabricating court instruments, impersonating a bailiff, counterfeiting mortgage and land registry, illegal eviction and theft of contents, placing metal doors, child abuse and falsifying police crime reports, is all a civil matter.

Again you concealed that fact, that the conveyancer Cavells Solicitor, have been struck off and banned for life for Conveyancing Fraud

1. A copy of all communication, notebooks and computer records
   relating to the matter.

You concealed all the above, in clear violation, of the Abettors and Accessories Act 1861.

1. A list of all individuals and corporations, with which my private and confidential DATA have been shared”.

You have failed in your Common Law Duty, to be open and transparent. And I hereby withdraw my consent from the sharing of any of my DATA with any third party, without my explicit written consent.

DEMAND
I require full and lawful compliance to my lawful demand 1-21, within seven days, or action will be taken.

 In case you are unwilling or unable to comply with my request, provide the reason.
 Implied admission by the absence of a response.
 This NOTICE will be used in evidence.
