In my Notice and Demand of 17th March 2023, for your liability Insurance details to our claim of
a) Making false statements the police (Proven) and
b) Business Interruption and
c) Violating s.8 of the Abettors and Accessories Act 1861 in violence, theft child abuse plus growing drugs in my property, you failed to comply, but stated where I quote:-

- Are we commencing again with your fictious, libel accusations, you do have a wild imagination
- Please send to us evidence that you own the properties in question as we don’t have you as a legal owner.
- If you have documentation that says otherwise we would need to see this prior to engaging in any further communications with you.
- Have a fantastic evening”
TAKE NOTICE
- We are happy to comply with any lawful demand from you, upon proof that you have standing and authority to handle such DATA, when you have been busted by the police in the above crime number. Where you could not produce the binding contract, signed by the parties, to justify how the various agents and contractors you gave the keys of the utility cupboards to. And where your claim to possession proceedings, Issued by the court, was proved to be a violation of s.135 of the County Court Act 1984, carrying a sentence of seven years imprisonment, per flat.
- You also concealed from the police, that fact, that you confirmed in writing, that you don’t hold any lawful contract, and do not manage the properties in question.

DEMAND
Comply with our lawful demand, for a claim form, and your along with your Indemnity Insurance Certificate, to verify that I am covered in excess of Five Million Pounds, against Negligence Malpractice and Fraud, and confirm if you have a criminal record, or appear on the child sex offenders register, in light of the number of children who have been abused at the properties by the drug farming gang, who cannot operate without your involvement.
