The Billion Pound Lie: "We Have a Warrant"
For over a decade, the team at Scambuster.tv has been fighting a relentless battle against the Enfield Extortion Conspiracy.
This is not just a story about a parking fine. This is about a billion-pound lie propped up by fake court orders, illegal threats, and a network of corrupt bailiffs and council insiders.
We have obtained a transcript of a real call. In it, a woman calling herself "Lady Jane X" (posing as an enforcement agent) attempts to bully a victim into paying £325 for a fictional "parking fine" in Enfield, London.
The problem? She had everything except the one thing that proves her authority: the Warrant Number.
This is another fictitious story from the Marstons Maffia, all in the cause of protecting a billion-pound lie: "WE HAVE A WARRANT" – BULLSHIT.
The Call: A Transcript of Extortion
The Caller ("Lady Jane X"): "It's a penalty charge, London Borough of Enfield. It was on the 30th of June 2025, Derby Road EN3. The balance is £325. Are you able to pay that today?"
The Victim: "Have you got any more information?"
The Victim (pressing for details): "It says here a warrant has been issued from the Northampton County Court."
Lady Jane X: "Yes, it's the Traffic Enforcement Centre. They issue a warrant and then send it through to ourselves for collection."
The Victim: "Have you got the warrant number with you?"
Lady Jane X: "No, well, no, I don't have the warrant number... We don't issue the warrant."
The Victim: "But if you don't have the warrant or the warrant number, isn't that a concern?"
Lady Jane X: "No, we have the PCN number."
The Victim: "How can you enforce a warrant you don't have?"
What "Lady Jane X" Had vs. What She Lacked
This is the crux of the billion-pound lie. She had a Client Number, a Car Registration Number, a PCN Number (EF15759466), various sums of money to make up the grand total figure of £325.00, and even a VAT Number.
What Lady Jane X lacked, in totality, was the WARRANT NUMBER.
Under this missing warrant number, violent threats were made to seize goods and vehicles BY FORCE. The caller is not a legitimate enforcement agent. She is a script-reader for the Marstons Maffia, part of a conspiracy to extort money from innocent people.
The Red Flags: Proof of the Conspiracy
The Dead Silence: When the Script Runs Out
Upon running out of carefully scripted lines, the line went into dead silence. That's how you treat "customers" nowadays who dare to VERIFY claims of "offences," "fines," and "warrants."The Disguised Identity
"Oh – and her real name must necessarily be disguised." Lady Jane X refused to give her surname. Why? Because if anyone ever wishes to prosecute the Extortion Conspiracy, she must remain anonymous. The Council Connection
This explains why the Enfield Council Chief cannot investigate the numerous illegal evictions in the Enfield area. When council staff are clearly making up Fake Warrants of their very own, in cahoots with these unidentified rats, there is no accountability.

The Pattern of a Billion-Pound Fraud
The "Traffic Enforcement Centre" narrative is a smokescreen. The scam works like this:
A PCN is issued (sometimes real, sometimes fabricated).
A private company (Marstons or similar) pretends a warrant has been issued.
The "caller" demands payment, citing fake fees (£75 regulatory fee, £235 enforcement fee).
When asked for the Warrant Number – the only legal proof – they fall silent.
This is not about parking fines. This is about a systemic extortion conspiracy targeting vulnerable people.
What To Do If "Lady Jane X" Calls You
Do not pay. Do not engage. Record everything.
Demand the Warrant Number. If they cannot provide it, they have no legal authority.
Ask for a Full Name and Badge Number. "Jane X" is not a real name.
Do Not Let Them In. If they threaten a visit, tell them to come back with police.
