That is a life's work, and I suspect it is a bit ambitious. I completely agree as to it's necessity, but reckon you're gonna need support. Take this upvote!
Also, despite the highly ambitious nature of your stated intent, such review would fail to reveal various endemic factors, institutions, and covert controls on the judiciary. Some of those controls can be glimpsed by their effects, such as the ruling that the RICO action filed by the Chrystic Institute in the late 1980's was frivolous, even though they had absolute proof the USG was importing cocaine into the USA. Another would be the life sentence for Ross Ulbricht, and the prevention of his presentation of a defense to the charges against him, this despite several of the investigating officers are now doing time for stealing BTC from the Silk Road during their investigation.
Money. Incestuous relationships between attorneys, and judges are all attorneys. All the corrupt crap that is used to fry the poor, and slip the wealthy out of their bonds. A Dupont admits to serially raping a three year old boy, and get probation. Adam Kokesh announces he's running for President, and an hour later is in the custody of Wise County, TX, charged with felonies based on planted evidence.
It would be good to remember this is the best court system money can buy.
I sure as hell hope you can do this, even if you don't delve into corruption, political influence, and the Bar.
Thanks!
