What does the SUN have to do with your team or business?
Everyone needs SUNshine!
We already know that the SUN provides our source of life. Without it, we would perish.
In northern Alaska, it will go through several months of darkness with no SUNshine. Many studies have shown how lack of SUNlight affects moods and well-being.
Your team is a living entity that requires SUNlight to help it grow and stay strong.
If you have people join your team and they are immediately thrown into a dark winter they will not thrive.
If you merely sign them up and they never hear from you again, you have done just that.
Team members need to have SUNlight from the top to help nurture them and help them grow to their potential.
Do not throw your team into the darkness. Be the SUNlight of your team by staying in contact with them, being available for them, and nurturing them. Then you will have a strong team who will be ready to build their own team and follow your example.
