I'm not good at investments and cryptocurrencies. I'm reading and learning from people that know more about this topic, so, this post is not going to talk about this, if you expect this, thank you, but better leave.
I'm going to talk about a book that shows... well.... reminds you how to save money and it's simple... only record all things about you spend your money, and at the end of week or month, do a review and see if this is what you wanted according your previously set objectives. This simple method will make you think twice about what are you going to buy and think if it is really necessary.
As I like to write things down, I usually use a Kakebo book, like this one
The one of the right is the 2017 book, already finished and the left one is the brand new book of 2018. Small size and inside there is a travel of pocket book. Yes, it can be done via app or excel, but as I said, I prefer to write down handwriting some things, this is one of them
Also, yes, it requires perseverance and you can cheat, but if you are not going to follow this basic rules and it is for your own benefit, better don't try it. You must be committed to one objective (save money in the domestic environment).
What do you do to save money? (Not based on investments.... based in controlling the money output)
