ISLAMABAD: The court has ordered to include the former SP Malir Rao Anwar's name in ECL.
According to Express News, the Supreme Court heard the case of Naqibullah Mehsud's murder case. The hearing was heard by a three-member bench headed by Chief Justice, Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar.
The court ordered the main accused, named SSP Malir Rao Anwar, who killed the Naqibullah Mehsud in the alleged police competition, and ordered the Interior Ministry to include his name in the Exit Control List (ECL). The court also summoned the IG Sindh AD Khawaja and the JIT members investigating the case and adjourned the hearing till January 27. The Chief Justice said that hearing of the case will be in Karachi Registry.
It is clear that Rao Anwar tried to escape Dubai from Islamabad today, but it has failed.
