Directions??

Hi Friends,

As a guy, I tend to think I can figure things out on my own, which can be good sometimes but not so good many other times.

We were playing with some magnetic toys the other day and Jacob pulled out a book with instructions for making some different objects. I laughed and said I could make cool stuff without it but Jacob said mom is better at making stuff because she follows the directions. We then had a contest to see who could make something cooler - me with no instructions or him using the instructions.

Both are not bad, but mom sided with Jacob and declared him the winner... Oh well, perhaps there is merit to instructions after all.
