Took a walk today around the 'hood (my neighborhood that is). It was 80°F out, a shorts and t-shirt kind of day! 😎
Small children have nearly endless energy so we have to stay busy. It's the only way I can keep my sanity. They are getting to the age where they will fight over anything and this morning was out of control! I swear if Wyatt had a turd on a stick Fletcher would have a meltdown that he didn't have it. What is a turd on a stick, you ask? I don't know, I was just trying to think of something awful to make a point.
We took an extra long walk today because I wanted to cause them complete exhaustion. Yes, mother of the year, right here!!!. The only problem with this method is that it wears me out too. 💡💡 I should come up with a vehicle of some sort that the children can push me in!
We saw this crazy tree. I don't know what's wrong with it but I had to take a picture! It's beautiful in its own strange way.
Wyatt rode his bike the whole way. Which may not sound amazing but the fact that I didn't have to carry his bike halfway home is awesome to me!
Fletcher passed out in the middle. I was so excited. I daydreamed about all the freedom I would have while my baby slept. But as luck would have it he woke up as soon as we reached our driveway 👍👍😬. He was bright-eyed, well-rested and ready to go go go! I was sweaty and tired and ready for my own nap (and I still am).
So we get out the plasma cars and they decide they want to ram into each other. Which is great except Fletcher is 2/3rds the weight of Wyatt.
It's all fun and games until someone gets whiplash!
I'm finally taking a well needed break, hiding in my room while watches over the brood. I'm so glad he's home 😃❤️
Peace out cub scouts. Catch you on the flip side!
