I would definitely not say porn but it could be an erotic comic (maga style). In my eyes at least it doesn't look obscene, but an act of offer, pleasing your partner to show him you love him. It's all in her expression.

Also, have you checked the #ocd-resteem tag? I've seen it in some other artists as well, you could get more visibility :)
