In Poland, you can kitesurf in the obvious places and on a busy weekend it feels like this:
And that's fine - most people enjoy being part of a larger crowd.
Unless you bump into someone else, it's safe and might be fun.

.
But you can also do it like this:
Which I prefer.
I happen to know a spot on the south coast of the Baltic Sea which looks like this:
Even in mid July. The above photos were taken on Monday, July 18th at around 2 PM.
And no, you don't have to drive for 10 hours in a 4x4 truck to get there.
It's not remote from civilization.
Actually, you can eat a quality dinner in a restaurant which is 5 km away and looks like this:
When there are good wind conditions, I'll be going there for 2-3 day hikes this summer.
Anyone willing to join me, and feeling comfortable to kite on waves, please leave a comment.
EDIT: OK, I'm not gonna be selfish here. Anyway, those of Steem users who appreciate pure kiting (without spectators to cheer them up) deserve to know it.
This amazing place is near a small village called Stilo (also known as Osetnik), which is near the village of Sasino, 15 km east of a much bigger sea resort called Leba. It's a 1.5 h drive from the town of Gdansk.
And the spectacular restaurant is located in Sasino. The food and service there are quite famous for their high quality. More details about the restaurant available here.
