Need White Water Adventure......................
This was my first time visit to Kithulgala and it was really really fun. Adventure Base Camp is located in Kithulgala in the region of Kegalle District, just 41.8 km from Kandy, Sri Lanka. We travel led from Colombo. It is just one hour drive from Colombo. If you are interested, Just to give a heads-up do not expect a luxurious stay because it’s all adventure and get ready for a real feeling of camping. Remember to book the tents near the river.
In addition to white water rafting and confidence jump, we went on a mountain bicycle ride 16KM up hill and back down the view and pics are the best ones in our journey. You will get really thirsty take plenty of water and you will find natural cool water spots along the way.
The river was beautiful - it was the film location of the David Lean's Great film Bridge on the River Kwai.
