You know your strengths,
You know what you are capable of.
Inside you do,
Outside the world tries to tell you that you’re
Weak,
Incompetent and full of flaws.
It may be that you
Are flawed, we all are, and this is as it should be.
It is only that you lack confidence in yourself.
Know that it is your imperfection
That makes you human.
Look Inside,
Look past the insecurities and fears.
Sometimes you have to
Blow Your Own Horn
Do it loudly, so that the
World will know that it cannot
Run you over.
A willow bends
In the wind.
Bend, show
Your strength, and live.
Your life, your love,
Your words, so
Choose them
Wisely.
