오늘은 바깥으로 모험을 떠났습니다. 마트, 문구점, 미용실에 갔다오는 모험을 말이죠. 날씨가 너무 더워서 자칫하다가는 더위에 쓰러질 수도 있기 때문에 가히 이정도면 목숨을 건 모험이라고 할 수 있겠습니다. 다행히도 무사히 돌아와서 모험 후기를 씁니다.
Today I went on an adventure outside. The adventure of going to a mart, a stationery store, and a hair salon. The weather was so hot that I was going to collapse. (The highest temperature of Seoul is 38°C today.) Fortunately, I came back safely and wrote a review of the adventure.
제 목숨을 지켜줄 생명줄이었습니다. 동시에 오늘만큼은 제 모험의 동반자였습니다. 이게 꺼지는 순간 제 목숨도 사라지는 느낌을 받을 겁니다. 오늘은 이 아이와 모험을 떠났습니다.
This was my lifeline to save my life. It was a partner of mine today at the same time. If this is gone, then I feel gonna die. Today I went on an adventure with this friend.
첫 번째 목적지는 마트였습니다. 엄마가 수박을 사오라고 했거든요. 근데 수박 가격이 31,200원이더군요. 엄마한테 너무 비싸다고 전화했더니 그냥 사지 말라고 하셨습니다. 너무 허무했지만 이 더위를 뚫고 온 저 자신이 대견해서 아이스크림 하나 사먹었습니다.
The first destination was a mart. My mom told me to buy a watermelon. By the way, watermelon price is 31,200 won. I called my mom that it was too expensive, then she just told me not to buy it. I was a little discouraged. But I was proud of myself for coming through this hot weather, so I bought and ate an ice cream.
두 번째 목적지는 문구점이었습니다. 다른 목적은 아니고 마스터 키를 인쇄하기 위해서입니다. 마스터 키를 온라인에 보관하지 않고 인쇄 혹은 메모해서 보관하는 것이 좋다고 해서 이 곳을 다녀왔습니다.
The second destination was the stationery store. Because I want to print my steemit master key. I went to this place because someone said it is better to keep the master key printed or written down instead of keeping it online.
세 번째 목적지는 미용실이었습니다. 그냥 머리 자르려고 간 것입니다. 이 더운 날씨에는 무조건 짧게 커트하는 것이 저한테는 좋은 것 같습니다.
The third destination was a hair salon. I was just going to get a haircut. I think cutting short is always good for me in this hot weather.
짧게 커트한 것 말고는 바뀐 점이 없어 보입니다. 역시 헤어스타일이 빛이 나려면 면상 얼굴이 가장 중요하다는 것을 다시 한 번 깨달았습니다. 군 전역 이후 아직까지 제가 여자친구가 없는 이유 중 하나를 오늘 발견한 것 같습니다.
Nothing seems to have changed except for a short cut. I realized once again that the face is the most important thing for a hairstyle to look good. I think I found one of the reasons why I haven't had a girlfriend since I left the military.
하필 집으로 돌아오는 길에 제 모험의 동반자 선풍기의 배터리가 다 소진되는 바람에 하마터면 저 세상으로 갈 뻔했습니다. 미리 충전을 더 해놨어야 하는 건데... 유비무환이라는 사자성어를 다시 한 번 되뇌게 됩니다. 덕분에 이마에서부터 줄줄 흐르는 저의 땀맛을 맛보았습니다. 이 맛이 인생의 참맛 아닐까요? 여러분도 목숨을 건 모험을 겪으면 이 맛을 느낄 수 있습니다.
On my way home, my adventure partner, this fan ran out of batteries, so I almost feel die. I should have had more charge... I remind again the idiom, "Prevention is better than cure." So I tasted my sweat running from my forehead. I think it was a taste of my hard life. You can feel this if you go adventure on this hot summer days.
