Upvoted, but wanted to add, I don't think we can avoid war with North Korea. China I think is using North Korea as a proxy army to distract from trade imbalances with the U.S.
I think the solution should be to evacuate Soul (spelling) and take 48 hours or so to destroy everything in North Korea. I wouldn't send in any troops or try to hug them when it's done. Just thousands of bombs and get back to fixing the trade imbalance with China.
