Krios will be losing a ton of funding from using PayPal due to an oversight on the checkout page as they allowed unlimited coupon codes to be entered throughout the ico opening themselves up to chargebacks from all PayPal customers.
After talking with krios support they have very little to say for themselves as they were taken by surprise and even after being notified did not place any disclaimer on the webpage. Even though there was over a week left on the ico when I first contacted them on this issue.
Update: I have found out that other people contacted them as early as the first week of the ico and they had no interest in doing anything to inform investors of the supposed policy of one coupon per order. So even though they had knowledge since the beginning of the ico either due to being lazy or just trying to scam investors they didn't bother to change the order page to include a disclaimer or even put something in the white paper on the policy.
PayPal is refunding customers since the company was notified and did nothing to correct the problem. Without anything anywhere on the website or white paper that says only one coupon per order they are liable for all coupon codes on each order and investors are receiving partial refunds. You must open a case in PayPal resolution center to receive the refund please do so before you lose your entire investment
This is something that you would think a multi million dollar ico would have spoken to a business lawyer about not to mention the fact that the entire team didn't catch such an obvious issue.
For a company that specializes in advertising this has caused me to lose faith in what I believed to be an amazing opportunity to corner the social media advertising market. Even a blind deaf and dumb person would take notice and see the problem with this.
This is one of many problems that have been brought up by community members which is going to cause panic selling when it hits the market next month.
If you are like me and invested in this failure of a company all I can do is say I'm sorry and I hope you didn't put anymore into this then you were willing to lose
