Steemit is not a welfare system, that is why 
works almost 24/7 doing research, putting together incredible articles - captures the attention of the audience and is being rewarded for it AS HE SHOULD!
But there are 2-3 people with enormous amounts of venomous poison that wish him down and out, they have no real friends - just gold-diggers hanging around agreeing with their psychopath tactics as long as they get some dirty whale upvotes from their evil puppet-masters. Well, things are about to change!
THE GOOD WILL PREVAIL OVER EVIL - WE WILL GO WITH @DAN´s SOLUTION!
A few changes must be made on the STEEM blockchain by

it is called vote-negation or vote-cancelation and has been proposed before, but evil people did not want that implemented because it would disable their ability to act evil. So this is what we are going to do - we are going to stand behind 
Inc 100% and support @Dan Larimers solution to this problem and every stakeholder who does not comply can power down and leave STEEMIT for all we care, enough has become enough and since a diplomatic solution cannot be made with these 2-3 people it is time to just do the right thing and go with what @Dan has solved to the best for the whole community - and that means you and you and you and you too.
All it takes for EVIL to rule on STEEMIT is for GOOD PEOPLE TO stand idle by and DO NOTHING! - SO We will be doing SOMETHING!
