Desert Landscapes
This past summer I took a trip to Southern Utah with a good friend of mine. For 5 days we explored the area including Canyon Lands, Moab, Arches, San Rafael swell and Dead Horse bend. The entire area is a magical place imbued with energy of great potency. Everywhere you look is the most astonishing sight you have ever seen and a true candy store for photographers. We were blessed with dark moody clouds the entire trip. The desert surface has a wonderful effect that it reflects pastel colors on the cloud cover.
Hiking through slot canyons can be both claustrophobic and exhilarating at the same time.
