Landscapes with some epic sky

I just found yesterday out about the "World of Photography" platform here on Steemit, via a comment in Hive account@mountainjewel's blog, so I decided to give it a try! My father is a landscape photographer and I must have caught some of that during the years, as I'm always looking for the natural beauty of the surrounding world.

So yesterday I posted a few sunsets, captured from our garden. I'd like to continue in a similar vain today, with two landscape shots, taken not 5 minutes away from the garden, in the fields nearby.

First is a brewing summer storm that brought torrential rain in mid august (much needed in the garden) - and an amazing sky display, a battle of light and darkness!

Second one is a sunset shot with glorious sun rays coming from behind some low clouds in late October. I love the way those two poplar trees are backlit!

So I hope you all good homesteading folks won't mind if some of my photography starts to show along the longer form posts on my blog :) !
