Below picture is taken while on the boat to Camiguin, Philippines.
Camiguin, according to wikipedia, is an island province in Mindanao, Philippines, situated in the south of Bohol Sea. It boasts for its beautiful beaches, one of which called the "white island" that is said to appear and disappear depending on the tide. Of recent years, a beautiful smaller island just a few minutes away from the main island has been considered as a good place for snorkeling. This small island is called Mantigue Island. But the land of Camiguin is more well known because of its delicious sweet lanzones to which a festival is dedicated.
I used to live just a few hours from the island and have visited the island a couple of times. Every time, it has something new to offer. You can actually just tour around the island in just half a day using a vehicle. But to some, they walk around the island especially during lent. I have yet to try the latter .
Picture below is a testament to how beautiful Camiguin Island is.
