I've been here twice and I'm still amazed by the beauty of it
This is one of my favorite scape so far.
Third week of January 2018, a group of friends, visited a place and found an incredible view which is called the "Sea of Clouds" of Ilocos like the one in Baguio City. It can be visited as an alternative but the same breath taking view of Mount Pulag. They posted it on social media and it caught everyone's attention including the ABS-CBN ILOCOS Network, which they immediately aired on Television to entice tourists to come and see it first hand. From then, a lot of people come and see the so called Sea of clouds but only few succeeded. We also did not make it hahaha. But this is not the end. I will definitely be back and see that incredible view that they are talking about.
