I think I may have hoped for that before, and all through April it has continued to snow.
My poor daffodils remain hopeful that Spring will arrive!
At least this snowfall didn't have to be shoveled. There is an accumulation of salt on all the roads, and by mid afternoon most of the snow had melted away on the road surfaces.
The icicles prove that it got warm enough for the snow to begin melting, even if it did refreeze!
But if you look closely there are tiny buds on the lilac bushes!
Temps are supposed to be near 60°F/15.6C for the next week, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that this was the last snow!
