This is a view of Linville Falls in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina for the #landscapephotography contest. We had to hike a over a mile back and forth from the parking area, but the hike wasn't unbearable and the views were spectacular! To give you an idea of how impressive the falls were, take a look at the people at the edge of the water in the bottom right side of the photo.
