Although the east side of Sri Lanka is more suitable for surfing, that did not discourage people from riding some waves in the more southern places. Rain season was starting which results in higher waves. I do not surf myself, never even tried. But I was impressed by what people can do if they keep practicing. It surely did not looked like an easy task.
