This is a view of the Glory Ridge chair before opening for the day. This was only the second season this chair had been open - I first visited Whitewater the season this chair opened, but I'm told by locals that before this opened, this area would be accessed from the summit chair and you'd then have to walk (or hitchhike) back up the mountain road - or have someone take turns driving up and down to ferry people!
