Morning Fog Burning Off the Fields
Pefferlaw, Ontario Canada
" [Pefferlaw] was first called Johnson's Mills after its founder, Capt. William Johnson of the British Navy. In 1851, when the post office opened, he named the place Pefferlaw, a Gaelic word meaning 'beautiful hills."
Someone from Pefferlaw would likely giggle when you tell them this. There aren't really any hills in Pefferlaw.
