Recently a few years, I have exercised a sort of power-lift style.
I have a backache from an early age. Now, over forty, It has got worse.
I am looking for a specific cause of the victim. Piriformis? asymmetry pelvis? I don't know.
I will not lift high weight stuff for the present.
