I was driven my motorcycle from northern cebu back to island of mactan. When i was near at home in barangay mactan i face heavy traffic, so i thought maybe there was an accidents a head. When we approaching in Mactan elementary we saw a little baby girl that a victim of hit and run. As what people that there, when the incidents happened said the car looks like white toyota Innova or fortuner with plate no. 076005. To those who see this plate please call to the lapulapu city police.
