A large dumpster fire swept through Philadelphia's Olney neighborhood Tuesday night, causing minor damage and forcing the evacuation of a hospital.The dumpster fire, which broke out around 6:15 p.m., was originally reported to be small but rapidly grew as it spread through the vicinity, the Philadelphia Fire Department said.A total of 18 fire companies responded to the scene along with ambulance crews and police.Firefighters were seen using lines to try and contain the fire, with large jets of water being used to attack the flames from above.The dump site was frequented by car-owners
