I'm very excited that your family dream is coming to fruition! While I have never been to Vegas, I get that it is a travel hotspot with a party reputation, but I know that locals live in those type of towns live normal everyday lives. One of my brothers-in-law resides in Connecticut close to the casinos. He often has visitors who come to see him so they can go to the casinos. I usually go down for family events and celebrations.

On a side note- did you check to see if you have any PAL to claim on Steem-engine? If you do and you stake you and add the Palnet tag to your videos you could also be earning PAL. The reason I asked is that your posts haven't been showing on my Palnet feed.
