I just listened to a TV show that talks about the importance of laughter. First it helps to exercise the muscles of the body. So even when am not at the gym I can still exercise to improve my fitness. This becomes a perfect lazy reason for me to avoid the pains of the gym. Then I begin to wonder how much laughter will help me achieve me achieve my gym goals. A lot I guess. Laughter does a lot to your body apart from exercise. It also makes you feel good and this is good for improved performance at work. It's the start of a new week and I look forward to making myself laugh more by watching more comedy videos, being around happy people, and help make others laugh.
