Interpretation Act Of Canada, Definition of Canada:
Canada, for greater certainty, includes the internal waters of Canada and the territorial sea of Canada;

What you think is Canada, is really a fictional construct governed from a foreign corporation sole entity known as the crown, WHICH was actually waived by the statute of Westminister in 1931.
Also, the governor general of Canada is the De facto head of state. De facto meaning it's ILLEGITIMATE.
So that begs the question....
