Great post Mika. Unfortunately here in South Australia, they have a tendency to refuse to reply to "refused for cause" even with affidavits attached etc and will refuse to take you to court moving directly to removal of license with threats of arrest if you continue to refuse their authority and they will contact your employer to cause you more grief.
