One of the biggest challenges in the Law Of Attraction is to create a good vibration daily. I always struggled with meditation, never being able to focus was a big obstacle. As a previous agoraphobic, I had too much anxiety and I had Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) many years ago now, but it helped me to think clearer.
I'm saying this because sometimes we need a little help prior to creating the right vibration. I had severe anxiety then.
So now I am in control of anxiety and have been free of the condition for many years I can focus on creating a better vibration and I meditate every day.
Please do understand this is what works for me,you have to find the right meditation and environment to suit you.
I use meditation that helps me to visualise the things on my vision board, as if helps to keep up the vibration.
Think of vibration as energy tanks.
So here is how I meditate.
PLACE
So I meditate lying on the bed but my favourite place is in the bath.

I only use free downloads from You Tube and only currently use Bob Proctor. This REALLY makes a difference.
Fragrance
I also make sure the fragrance is right. I like musky scents and have lots of sandalwood incense and Opium (Incense sticks- not the other!) and the same applies with luxury bubble bath. If I am on the bed I like fresh bed sheets using lavender and chamomile...
When
Whenever I have a free 20 minutes. No time keeping necessary...remember there is no such thing as time in universe
Repetition
I do this everyday to reset my set paradigms (beliefs in subconscious) in order to create what I want.

- Meditate daily for at least 30 days.
- Keep an activity journey, it jogs your memory and affirmations.
- Wake up every morning and do something positive, straight away.
- Feel clean and comfortable- sounds daft I know but not being will enhance negative thoughts about yourself.
- Eat well and balanced- Same rule applies as above.
- Go out of your way to be nice to someone.
- Appreciate the beauty in what you have. Be grateful.
- Do something you love daily.
- Make time for sleep.
- Buy a treat, have a chocolate biscuit, whatever you like, but be responsible ....go on. You deserve it, enjoy it...you're allowed!.
