We all sometimes have struggled to wake up in morning without laziness. Well, today's post is about how to avoid it and get going to your work without feeling lazy over the day.
Let me explain, what happens when we wake up. Most of us use the alarm on our phones to wake us up. The phone helps to wake you up but it cannot remove the laziness.
It is like physically we wake up but our mind and body are still not ready. We all have done, the nasty thing with our alarm clock and that is SNOOZE. I have once used the snooze feature and woke up late by almost an hour.
Now, the techniques which I am going to tell you to avoid laziness does not require you to perform any sort of difficult exercise or yoga or anything.
All you have to is follow these simple below steps :
- Sungazing - This is the most effective way to avoid laziness. Sungazing helps to let our brain know that the night is over and the day has begun. (Do this for only 3-4 minutes)
- Listening bird chirping - These pleasant sounds helps the brain to realise that everyone's day has already begun and it is now our time to get up.
- Drinking water - Drink plenty of water after getting up. This helps to flush the toxins out of our body.
