Leadership isn't about size.

'nough said, there can never be a better or glorious explanation as to what leadership is and should be.

I have seen quite a few people display that traits and I cannot but marvel at their strength which comes not in the size of their body but one that wanted from the heart.

The giant isn't a leader because he is a giant, he is a leader because he can lead. No man is less than themselves, all they need do is apply themselves and the world will applaud their contribution.
