Well dang it.
Where I hang out, if your word is no good, you are no good.
Friday, in court, the judge told me that I was good to go, so I turned and walked out.
However, my ugly legacy has reared it's ugly head, once again.
I walked out without getting a copy of his order.
He handed it to the clerk, said I could go, so I did.
Once the order is signed and given to the clerk it is set in stone.
It's just how courts are designed to work.
I was half a mile away before I realized that that dude might be a snake.
I mean, he did get to be judge during the most corrupt administrations this, and every other, united snake has ever had.
Don't believe me?
Hide and watch.
The time is coming.
Pathfinders find it first.
Now I am all discombobulated because I am going to have to ride 4 miles downtown, into the high plains winds both ways, just to hold a corrupt piece of s**t to his word.
Wish me luck as I use the tactics he would use on me, if I lied to him.
Somehow I think the little no good bitch will cry for his thuglies to shoot me down.
Or worse, just do it himself because, 'He scared me.'
Let's hope that it doesn't come to that and the online records just haven't updated, yet.
I will know, before long.
In the meantime, I promised a report today of my sojourn into the belly of the beast, yet again.
Well, here I am.
Thinking that I should make a post with just the documents that got me my win.
Then, wherever I am, as long as I can remember the title of the post, I can change the dates and venues and have them again, if I need them.
You can do that, too.
But you really should get the updated packet from marcstevens.net
It was 25usd, but I got mine several years ago.
They should be viable in any non-corrupt court in the world.
All you have to do is ask the questions.
Get them to answer.
And watch the criminal throw you in jail anyway, because you don't know how to file an interlocutory appeal that stays the current judge's decision.
Without that, off to jail you go, ten days later, there go your appeal rights, too.
It's a racket.
Lucky you!
You give your blood, sweat, tears, children, and most productive portions of your life only to be reminded that it is a club, and you ain't in it.
Better to get your game on before you go, pick a soft target, and practice, practice, practice.
You may not be able to overcome their dupes, but you can make them look like the thugs that they are.
IF you rise up and speak your mind.
Get the law course I used to format the paperwork.
