Good news from Oregon , America has the highest incarceration rate , and petty drug use has wreaked havic on the family unit minorities being hit hard but basically horrible injustices have occurred and it's about time this nonsense stopped ! Considering the damage done by big pharma and the military industrial complex , I think it high time governments redirect the drug war towards theselfs and the corporations that run them ! Probadly a pipe dream but this is a good first step well done !
