Hello Hivers,
Yesterday on the 15 of January, Sunday we encountered outage to our area. It took 10 hours before the power returned so insane because the power turns off too early and no notices about the power outage. But this is Philippine we need to be more patient to return the power back.
That day I have so plans, need to do my laundry, cleaning my room and take some of renovation at home however I can't do anything because no lights so everything changes because of the power outage.
I work in Australia as customer service representative and I
hold electricity and gas account. In their country there's a contract in electricity and gas company per household, if you cut off the power without further notice and if the person live to that household and they are using life support medical equipment and the person died during the plan outage.

The company liable to pay one million dollars as the damage they cause to the family and to person died.
So the electricity or gas company need to make sure that every account should be registered for life support to avoid outages in each premise with medical equipment.
I am hoping that the Philippines has same rules with Australia and other country they have good service in all aspect.
