Homeschooling has been increasing in some places around the United States.
Now that millions more got a taste of what homeschooling is like this year they too now might decide that they want to keep with this routine rather than go back to something else. For that reason it is expected that many more will get into homeschooling thanks to their experience they've had with it this year. But for others who hated it, or who had grades that suffered, they are more than glad to return to school as normal.
In Texas there are some regions that are seeing some of the highest withdrawal rates from school right now.
Homeschooling is on the rise for a variety of reasons, they might be for health reasons for the children, schedule reasons for the family, a wide range of influences might make a family decide that something else out there in the market will work best for them and their education needs and goals.
Texas isn't the only region, even California has seen an increase in homeschooling in the last several years too, among other places in the United States.
This freedom to go with homeschooling isn't afforded to millions of others around the world, in many regions where homeschooling is criminalized. But if you are looking for better results, and an education process that is more specific to the individual rather than a factory farm model, then homeschooling to many simply just makes more sense.
