Hello XVer's, the XV token sale finished last night and whatever was not sold has now been sent to 
We sold alot of tokens in the last week, I was low-key hoping to sell 2000 but we smashed that and sold over 5500 which blows my mind. Maybe each of the 10 weeks should have been the last week, haha.
Below are the total sales for the whole 10 weeks. It shows which cryptos are in the basket, what each cryptos allocation is and weekly sales. The numbers in red along the top are the amount of XV sold each week. We finished 47 tokens away from selling 18k. To be honest, I did say at the start 20k would be ideal and we almost made it so not a bad target to have. By week 6 I thought there was no chance but sales picked up again and got stronger.
I will rebalance when any crypto in our basket moves out of sync by 1% up are down
- If BTC increases and becomes 12.67% of the basket, I sell some.
- If BTC drops to 10.67% of our basket, I buy more.
I last rebalanced this morning after I moved over the last of the HIVE funds from selling XV tokens and as you can see everything is within allocations. I will be going into more detail about each crypto in the basket and why i selected them as time goes on.
Showing this graph each week so investors can see the total amount in dollars. Our basket is not on HIVE and is within dollar land so this is how we will track it. You can see that even when our basket is split into 4 different weights, there is a small variance between each holding.
Im going to display the current HIVE value of XV tokens each week because this is what investors are most interested to see. If anything, this could help those looking to buy or sell on the secondary market (hive engine). If someone is selling 50 XV for 1 HIVE each and you know the current value is 1.03 HIVE, you can make a smart investment.
To date after 1 week, we are 486 HIVE to the plus. I dont expect this to grow every week because our basket is valued in dollars and our tokens are valued in HIVE. As an example, if our basket increases in dollar value by 10% in 1 week and HIVE in the same week increases by 20%, we finish that week on a minus because our basket valued in dollars is worth less HIVE.
With that said, we are all in crypto and we are all well-seasoned to seeing things going up and down massively.
Round Up
Well, the last week of the XV token sale was amazing. I even bought some for SPI to HODL because SPI does have exposure to all the cryptos in the basket and we're customers as well.
